I have been taking private lessons regularly from Dave since Nov. 2019. They have been incredibly helpful because we have worked on everything from techniques to the mental and emotional challenges of fighting. In addition, we also worked on weight training.
In all arenas I greatly appreciate his patience, encouragement, and feedback so the technique can be improved.
